A combination of minced lamb, rice & herbs shaped in mini balls & coated in chickpea flour then shallow fried.

MAIN COURSE

Chelo Kabab Kobideh Two skewers of minced lamb with fresh grilled tomatoes.
Joo-Jeh Chicken breast marinated in saffron & lemon sauce with fresh grilled tomatoes.
Ghameh (V) Diced Lamb fried with onion, saffron and spices cooked with tomato sauce and yellow split peas topped with a few french fries.
Zereshk Polo Chicken cooked in a sauce garnished with a mixture of sour berries, pistachio and almond shreds.
All dishes served with either rice, nan bread or chips & salad.
